I’ve been working up to this for a while.
Not because I didn’t know what to say, those of you who know me know I’ve never had trouble with that! I’ve been saying it to myself for a lifetime and to anyone who would listen. I have struggled to be on camera, but I realize that must change if I am ever going to move forward with my next chapter and with my art.
So I finally did it.
This is the start of something I've been building toward for a long time. A channel, a community, and an honest look at the creative life. This first video is my introduction. Not the polished, curated kind. The real one. Thirty years of commercial photography, a lifetime of making things, my love of travel, and why I finally stopped calling myself a photographer and started owning what I actually am.
I didn’t become an artist. I was born one. It took me a long time to finally say it out loud.
If you’ve ever felt that pull, that thing that makes you stop mid-step and need to create something, this one’s for you.
I’m glad you’re here for this one.
